Welcome to Aarya Creations Limited, trading as Atomik Laser ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including laser cutting, CNC routing, plastic sheet supply, and engraving services, provided in New Zealand.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer laser cutting of plastic, CNC routing, supply of plastic sheets, and engraving services to both the general public and businesses.

3. Ownership of Designs
All designs created, modified, or processed by Atomik Laser remain the sole property of Aarya Creations Limited. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for commercial or personal purposes without our prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials or designs you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarya Creations Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy
Aarya Creations Limited trading as Atomik Laser
At Aarya Creations Limited, we take pride in the quality of our laser cutting, CNC routing, plastic
sheet supply, and engraving services. We strive to ensure that all products and services meet the
highest standards of accuracy and craftsmanship.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued in the event that an error or issue has occurred due to a mistake on our
part. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect cutting or engraving based on the approved design specifications.
- Use of incorrect materials that differ from those agreed upon.
- Failure to deliver the agreed quantity or dimensions.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Errors in customer-provided designs or specifications.
- Changes requested after production has commenced.
- Damage caused by mishandling after delivery or collection.
- Subjective dissatisfaction not related to a verifiable error on our part.
Procedure:
To request a refund, customers must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the product or
service. The request must include a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g.,
photographs, order confirmation).
Upon verification of our error, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Governing Law:
This refund policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
